Interview Questions

I was in charge of the questions to ask the Farm Fresh representative. I decided to make a small script for everyone to ask and there might be an additional question in between to keep the conversation going as smoothly as possible and not one-sided. 

Introducing ourselves.  

Following Questions: 

1) First and foremost, thank you so much for taking the time to talk with us. Can sir introduce yourself and your responsibility in your company?

2) Why did sir think it was a good choice to use for Farm Fresh? and what will the advantages be?

3) How does the system works? like the process.

4) In which factor does the system help the company? An example will be in the accounting industry IT software helps to record the transactions and organize the date according to the accounting period.

5) Is it possible for sir the give us the steps of the system usage from step 1 till the end?

6) Does everyone has an access to the system? If not, who are the people who have the access to the system?

7) Is this specially customized to your company and no one has this system or is it a software whereas another company has it as well?

8) Last one, what type of ERP system is being used by Farm Fresh?
